Meditation and a man part II

The Ghost Whisperer TV series, is what I think to be the most 'near' accurate description of the spirit world. Of course if you wonder how I got that conclusion, or do I have proof that a man can actually sees ghosts.. well I can't, in fact no one can. Spiritual world is a difficult things to explain with a physical mind. If a man or a woman comes to you and say that she or he can see ghosts, our conclusion would be to state to our self that the man or woman is somehow delusional or mentally disturbed. Are they?
In that movie, we can know what the difference between a human and a ghost. Allow me to re-phrase, human and spirit, spirit is a ghost and a ghost is a spirit just linguistic matters. The spirit is a soul, an entity which has no time and space limit when they are on their own. All humans have soul but not all spirit have the luxury of a human flesh. From The Matrix philosophical point of view, when a human is born thats when The Matrix is plugged in. And when that human dies, thats when 'They' unplug the cord from the back of your neck. And what are the ghosts? are they some sort of an error in the Matrix's programming? No.. not errors,.. fact.
When you meditate, you shut your eyes and ears, and not a word coming from your mouth. See nothing, hear nothing , say nothing. Note that the universe was made of 'nothing'. Every single thing in this universe comes from 'nothing'. Here is a simple way to describe:
Before cellular phone, we used ordinary home phone, before we used a phone, we used telegrams, before that we have to go to our neighbors and talk to them, before that we do ... nothing. So we evolved from.. nothing, our ideas an inventions comes from 'nothing'. And yet this 'nothing' gives you the intuition the cause to be not 'nothing' to be 'something'.
|
When you are something, you have things to think about and do, problems exists, cause and effect. When you are 'nothing' there is simply nothing of anything. Meditation is like that, you being nothing. And something will always comes out from nothing. So if you shut your eye, ears and mouth in the meditation, something will emerged not from those area.
Your soul will become active, "the cord is temporarily unplug". You will hear what your soul can hear, you will see what your soul can see, and the language of the soul is faster than the mind.
The first idea or goal in a meditation, is to know your soul, to know who you are inside out. In the process your soul will try to send 'messages' to the brain about what the soul feels. Occasionally.. when you are meditating, souls who has no human body may detect your active soul, but they wont do anything to harm you. They just know and do nothing about it. So in short words, don't try to fix the dead's problem as you have your own problems in life. If they do appear in your meditation, let them be, don't be afraid but also don't pursue them. Just remember them, remember what they say or how the act and how they appear as this can be very useful 'after' the meditation is done.
But if on your meditation you see nothing, no ghosts, no nothing, no images.. don't worry.. because that is not the main purpose of meditation. Peace and tranquility, and to get to know your soul and make your soul active, these are the ones that can help you get through everyday problems.

I meditate, but I am not a master, i'm just a man, and I like to share what I know and learned to the readers ![]()
Apparently I will have to continue the post on part 3 as there is a lot of explaining.
Meditation and a man part I
May 8th, 2008This post is somehow reminded to me by reading Bendz's blog. His posts is good and if I may say so "best readings for those who wants to start to know about meditation practice and spiritual life which can and will affect the life of the practitioner. In the past time, I've learned about meditation, spirituality and the science that comes with them.
Meditation and spirituality are one, they can't go without each other. Spirituality and life are also one, they can't exist without each other. Life and nature are also one as they also cannot exists without each other. So then meditation and nature are one. Before we move on to the topic of meditation, there are several things that should be noted.
Meditation belongs to every living breathing humans on earth. Meditation is not Hindu or Buddha or any other religion, as it is not a religion it self. There is an old proverb in my country, "when you meditate, you are preparing your self to the coming of death". That sounds not to well to the ear
. But the philosophy is that we humans have 2 parts, the flesh and the soul. The brain is considered as the flesh which has negative and positive elements.
When we die, the flesh is the one who actually dies not the soul. So when we die it seems that the logic would state that the soul has to be responsible for whatever the flesh has done in the past life. There are times in life when "the flesh" is doing something that the "soul" doesn't agree for an example:
You are a married man, one day you met some business partners then they asked you to go to a hot nasty discotique to have some fun with the girls there. Your soul has no power over your negative side of the flesh to say "no, don't go there". Don't think that your soul did not try to pull some strings, but the will of the flesh in a human form is very strong.
In meditation, the brain activity simply 'almost' cease to exist.. you dont think of anything, you dont think of bad stuff, you dont think of good stuff, you dont .. think. When you fall into a deep meditative state, the will of the flesh sleeps within you and your soul become active. The more frequent you meditate, the more stronger the will of the soul. When the soul is awake while still in a human form, many things can happen but the most important thing is.. "You are awake" the real You, the pure, not negative, not the will of the flesh, just pure.. "You".
So before you know about meditation, I think you should know what the soul is.
The eye of the soul is different than the flesh
The ear of the soul is different from the flesh
The tounge of the soul is different from the flesh
It does not need air to breath
It does not need food to survive
It does not need water to drink
When on fire
It cannot be burned
When on water
It cannot be drowned
When the fesh is killed
It cannot be killed
The flesh is time linear
The soul is non time linear
That is You-your soul. When you do bad things, your soul cries, when you do good things, your soul cheers. Now that we know a bit about souls, we also now know the difference between a man and a ghost. A man is a shell with the soul inside the flesh while a ghost is without a shell therefor no will of the flesh. I will discuss about ghost on a different blog post, as this is also a conclusion of Part I of this post. I will post the Part II in a few days.
