My junior high school's teacher had teach me a way to get into the first step of meditation. First close your eyes take a deep slow breath. Feel the breath from nose to lung through your whole body. Then breath out and count as one. Repeat count to ten. Through this can easily relax and calm your mind.

technically, meditation has several approach. When you close the eye and feel the air coming inside your body, at that time you can really feel what it is to be alive, that's when nature becomes your ally, to be one with nature and synchronize. However in some cases.. a person may fall very deep into the sub-conscious, they no longer think about the body "temporarily", I believe that is when the mind "stop for a millisecond" and the true soul take over "briefly". Another technical approach to learning meditation can be found here

Hi,

Nice post with detailed explanation about meditation and a how to meditate?

I like your post very much.

I'm beginning a new blog about insurance (for my friend's interest). It's new and may be useful for all in future.

Have a visit and give a comment.
